AVOID THIS SERVICE! This has been the absolute worst experience I've had with a moving company. They exceeded the 21-day delivery window, and I later learned they were involved in an accident. The police report indicated negligence related to vehicle maintenance and reckless driving. The truck caught fire, resulting in the loss of all my belongings. Additionally, the broker informed me that two other families also had their items completely destroyed. We submitted a total loss claim, and were told these claims are usually resolved by the insurance within two weeks. However, we have been left in an empty home for over three months without any updates. Legally, they are required to provide full replacement value. The claims adjuster from their own cargo insurance company mentioned that they haven't even filed a claim for their truck yet. This service is dishonest. I wouldn't trust them. My attorney plans to initiate a class action lawsuit involving the other families and anyone else who has raised complaints with the regulatory agency.
