I am extremely disappointed with the service from Very. I placed an order for an MSI monitor which was promised for delivery by now, yet the tracking has been stuck at "Order being processed at supplier" since April 5th with absolutely no updates.
It is unacceptable to leave a customer in the dark after taking their money. I have stayed in expecting a delivery that never arrived, and getting through to anyone for a straight answer is nearly impossible.
I do not want a cancellation or a refund; I want the item I paid for delivered immediately as promised. Very needs to take responsibility for their third-party suppliers and provide accurate tracking. Fix your logistics and stop wasting your customers' time.
