A heated throw which I had ordered went astray. I reported it as missing and Very customer services couldn't have been more helpful, even offering a £20 discount off my account balance as an apology. I have re-ordered and am currently awaiting delivery. I cannot praise Very highly enough. Lovely personnel and a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommended.
