The shoes were not shipped within the timeframe promised on the website, prompting me to cancel my order. Reaching customer support was nearly impossible! Only AI assistance was available, and it took an excessive amount of time to speak with a real person, which seemed intentionally difficult. When I finally connected, they assured me my order would be canceled and refunded. However, just two days later, the shoes were shipped, weeks after I requested a refund. I would strongly advise against using this service! This has been one of my worst experiences with customer support.
