Review Time
I placed an order on January 7th and was later informed via email that my shoes were not in stock. After waiting weeks, I finally received them on January 30th—and I kid you not, they looked worn with dirty bottoms.
At that point, I felt completely unappreciated and disrespected as a customer. The only solution offered was to send them back again after already waiting all that time. I refused and requested a refund instead. Now I’m being told I have to wait up to 10 more days just to get my money back.
Unacceptable experience from start to finish. Poor quality control, poor communication, and zero customer appreciation. I would rather wait for my refund than give another dime to this company.

I originally purchased a Women's Coastal Hoodie, size large. I wasn't thrilled with how it fit, so I exchanged it for a Men's Coastal Hoodie, size small. The exchange was seamless and fast considering it was over the Christmas holiday.
This thing is my favourite jacket ever! It's so comfortable and looks great on me. I love how it fits and how it feels.
I also got a pair of gloves and they fit perfectly. I like how soft they are inside and that I can still use my phone while wearing them.
I'm looking at picking up a toque and some shoes next.
I ordered a pair of shoes for my sister-in-law on December 2nd, well ahead of the cutoff date for Christmas delivery. On the 10th, I reached out to customer service and received an automated response. After trying again, I got another automated reply stating that someone would get back to me within 72 hours. It took 5 days before I contacted the company on social media. I finally heard back on the 19th, but didn't receive any further communication until the 23rd, when they refunded my order due to their mistake of not having the item in stock. Now, I have no gift for my sister-in-law, despite planning well in advance. I am very disappointed with the customer service and the overall lack of communication. I understand that Christmas is a hectic season, but this experience was simply unacceptable.
I placed an order for the shoes over a month ago. The company shipped them via Fedex, but my order seems to be stuck somewhere. I understand that delays can occur, but the only way to reach customer service is through email, where a chatbox is the only response. It's incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the shoes aren't even that great; I had two pairs that broke down quickly, but I was willing to try again. Now I'm already searching for other options.
I placed an order several weeks ago and have yet to receive my package. I was assured delivery within 5 to 10 days, but now, weeks later, my order hasn't even shipped. I purchased two pairs of shoes for my nephews and still have not received them.
I have received the wrong pair of shoes and am still missing the other pair, yet no return label to send back the wrong pair of shoes received.
I am getting an error when I try to return stating that this was a final sale, but the final sale was for the correct pair of shoes ordered NOT the incorrect one!!
I ordered a size 11 Men's stormburt low top - white AND a size 11 Men Stormburst low top - black. Instead, I received a size 10 black weekend sneaker.
An Artificial Intelligence customer support response refers to me process a return, but when I go to process a return I get a FINAL SALE error and can't return the INCORRECT SHOES shipped to me!
The shoes did not ship within the promised timeframe, leading me to try and cancel my order. Customer support was almost impossible to reach! Only AI assistance was available, and it took an unreasonable amount of time to connect with a real representative, which felt intentionally difficult. When I finally got through, they assured me they would cancel and refund my order. However, just two days later, the shoes shipped, weeks after I requested a refund. I highly recommend avoiding this service! This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.
