I ordered a pair of shoes for my sister-in-law on December 2nd, well ahead of the cutoff date for Christmas delivery. On the 10th, I reached out to customer service and received an automated response. After trying again, I got another automated reply stating that someone would get back to me within 72 hours. It took 5 days before I contacted the company on social media. I finally heard back on the 19th, but didn't receive any further communication until the 23rd, when they refunded my order due to their mistake of not having the item in stock. Now, I have no gift for my sister-in-law, despite planning well in advance. I am very disappointed with the customer service and the overall lack of communication. I understand that Christmas is a hectic season, but this experience was simply unacceptable.
