I placed an order on January 7th and was later informed via email that my shoes were not in stock. After waiting weeks, I finally received them on January 30th—and I kid you not, they looked worn with dirty bottoms.
At that point, I felt completely unappreciated and disrespected as a customer. The only solution offered was to send them back again after already waiting all that time. I refused and requested a refund instead. Now I’m being told I have to wait up to 10 more days just to get my money back.
Unacceptable experience from start to finish. Poor quality control, poor communication, and zero customer appreciation. I would rather wait for my refund than give another dime to this company.
