The stove is good, but the service has been very disappointing. It arrived without the glass, and although it was delivered later, I still didn't receive three parts I ordered. Despite multiple assurances that the parts were on the way, over two months passed before I was reimbursed for the missing items. I wouldn't choose this service again.

WE ARE A SMALL 3 MAN IRONWORKS MANUFACTURING QUALITY BRITISH STOVES.
We have picked up some poor review latley as out order book whent from 25 to 475 in 1 week. We are getting stoves out as fast as humanly possible :-)
We do not have office staff. We make quality products at affordable prices but do not have manned phonelines or a receptionist.
During the COVID crisis we kindly ask customers to deal with us by email allowing us to carry on manufacturing and answer emails after hours.
