I was informed multiple times that the parts were on their way. Over two months later, I received a refund for the missing parts. I wouldn't choose this option again.

We have picked up some poor review latley as out order book whent from 25 to 475 in 1 week. We are getting stoves out as fast as humanly possible :-)
We do not have office staff. We make quality products at affordable prices but do not have manned phonelines or a receptionist.
During the COVID crisis we kindly ask customers to deal with us by email allowing us to carry on manufacturing and answer emails after hours.
