The large glass door offers a wonderful view of the flames, enhancing the atmosphere. It's surprisingly easy to light and clean afterward. We’ve used logs and smokeless fuel, and it handles both effortlessly. Overall, this stove has surpassed my expectations. It's stylish and practical, making our outdoor space much more inviting. We have picked up some poor review latley as out order book whent from 25 to 475 in 1 week. We are getting stoves out as fast as humanly possible :-)
We do not have office staff. We make quality products at affordable prices but do not have manned phonelines or a receptionist.
During the COVID crisis we kindly ask customers to deal with us by email allowing us to carry on manufacturing and answer emails after hours.
