I checked some examples before making any payment, and it was a good call. The quality is comparable to a school project, with sharp edges, poor paint finishes, and weak engineering. The only effort from the company seems to be in avoiding accountability when issues arise. Based on the pattern of reviews, I consider myself fortunate to have avoided a bad purchase.

We have picked up some poor review latley as out order book whent from 25 to 475 in 1 week. We are getting stoves out as fast as humanly possible :-)
We do not have office staff. We make quality products at affordable prices but do not have manned phonelines or a receptionist.
During the COVID crisis we kindly ask customers to deal with us by email allowing us to carry on manufacturing and answer emails after hours.
