I hoped to receive treatment for UTI symptoms, such as antibiotics, but was only given general advice like moving mats around. I was informed that antibiotics couldn't be prescribed online, which felt like a waste of money given the premium price. I was advised that UTIs in dogs are best managed with anti-inflammatories, which is incorrect. I cannot recommend this service.
