The wait time was brief and the veterinarian was incredibly caring, kind, and professional. Our 13-year-old Labradoodle has recently been diagnosed with stomach tumors and is on various medications. Last night, she began shaking and her stomach became hard and swollen. Since our regular vet was closed, I contacted the veterinary chat service. The veterinarian was very kind and remained calm, which helped me stay composed. We were concerned about bloat, and the vet quickly arranged for us to see our regular veterinarian, with less than a minute passing from the chat to receiving a call. This made the situation a bit less stressful! Fortunately, our dog did not have bloat but rather a reaction to new medication. The vet from the chat followed up via email today to check on our dog, which meant a lot to me and demonstrated their genuine concern. I would highly recommend this service and will definitely use it again!
