From start to finish, this bank has either made false promises or straight out lies. From not providing the rate after requesting it for over a month to being told, just sign that rate, I will get it lowered, which obiviously did not happen. Stating that they put in a rush request for the appraisal, guaranteeing it would be back by one day, I called everyday for over a week to try to get information on the appraisal to be told they must be doing a drive by appraisal, not to worry about it, then the night before the alleged promised deadline, the appraiser calls and says that his office just received the order and it would take another week, which actually took two more weeks. Then the representative said that it had already been conditionally cleared, as soon as the appraisal comes back, we could close then next day. Inaccurate information again, four weeks later with more hoops to jump through. Then the title company they contracted with started with inaccurate information, refusing to release the funds as required, lying about releasing the funds and overnighting checks. As of today, the house was closed on three weeks and one day ago, the title company still has not issued the checks from the equity to pay off credit cards and auto loans. From start to finish, this company is nothing but a bunch of liars and finger pointers. Calling the bank represtative almost daily with no return calls, for prolonged periods of time. For a compay who indicates they care about veterans, they have demonstrated to this veteran that they do not. I recommend staying away from this company.
