Craig Petit has been helpful, supportive, and encouraging throughout this process. However all of the documents that I have to sign on line has been overwheleming and discouraging, especially when I don't have the documents and I explain that. But the office that sends the documents don't care about that and don't bother to communicate with the agent. Just a regular cluster screwup.
