I initially spoke with Veterans First (Denitra Cosby) well over a year ago regarding a mortgage. Along the way I had a number of life challenges that kept pushing the possibility of obtaining a mortgage, further and further away . Right from the very beginning, she was extremely easy to talk with knowledgeable, and friendly. She followed up often with words of encouragement and helpful suggestions. I initially wanted to pursue the mortgage with Veterans First however, one of my children talked me into going down the path with Discover Bank to secure the mortgage. They claim to have no closing costs, which sounded great at first. However, I will tell you that the process with Discover was extremely frustrating and confusing to say the least and after a failed attempt (their lack of competence) at securing what I needed, I reached back out to Denitra. Without missing a beat, she dug back in and was able to help me in getting the money that I needed through refinancing. The process was so easy and transparent that I would recommend Veterans First and Denitra specifically to anyone! I am extremely satisfied! Judy L.
