I'm a US ARMY Single parent of 3 sons served over 20 years in the US Army, a former Drill Sergeant and I've deployed to Iraq, Bosnia(2x), and Somalia I started with Pulte Mortgage in June 2024 and as of 1 November 2024 they still informed me they were trying to get me approved I was told they were having problems getting me approved through the automated system so they was working hard to manually approved me after 6 months of hell excuse my French and after reading ALL of the NEGATIVE REVIEWS about Pulte Mortgage I took the reviewers advice and found another mortgage company which was how I met Patrick with Veteran First I informed him what I was going through with Putle mortgage and for the first time in 6 months I felt like God blessed me ton connect with Veteran First and with Patrick less than a week and Patrick informed me that I had been approved through the automated system Patrick called me kept me informed of everything I needed I had uploaded over 90 pieces oof documents with Pulte Mortgage but Veteran First asked for the documentation they needed I felt like I was back in the war zone dealing with Pulte mortagage their actions made me believe that they was deliberately trying to make me tell them I quit I don't want the home but as a former Soldier we don't accept defeat Patrick and Veteran First is the real deal they are on your team and they go over and beyond the call of duty to ensure you get the loan you deserve with NO STRESS I'm thankful to God for Veteran First they live up to their name even though Patrick isn't a Veteran he remind me of a Soldier who's FOCUS on the mission of the Soldier needs I thank God for you Veteran First and for you Patrick I Salute you for caring sod much working so hard having a heart and compassion for the need of the Veteran I thank you for loving and knowing your job and for your cool calm collective and professionalism and for always keeping me informed every step of the way words can never describe how I feel to have someone who cares for me and the needs of my family I highly recommend Veteran First to ALL Veteran I will be your greatest cheerleader telling everyone about Patrick and Veteran First thank you thank you and thank you Patrick I appreciate you and God bless you and Veteran FirstV/rMelodie StevensonUS Army Retired, SFC, Combat Disabled Veteran
