The company did for me what others were not willing too, and that's give me a chance. My Reps Valeria and Kacie were very understanding and helpful. They made the process very easy to get through. I had some difficult moments, and they help me through those moments. The only problem I had with this process, was the underwriter asking for things they should have gotten themselves, like an explanation of a document they requested. I had to call the company and ask about the document and got an explanation about the abbreviations, and what was meant by some of the notifications used. The underwriter questioned my integrity for something that was misread, and misinterpreted by them. That should not have been something I had to do. Then there were moments, that showed the underwriter lacking in knowledge about the industry of finance. Asking for information that they could have easily found themselves. I know that sometimes the learning curve is steep. And, my hope for the underwriter is that they learned something too. The overall big picture is, I got through the process and I am getting the loan. I appreciate my " REPRESENTATIVES" FOR THIS COMPANY. And, I will refer Veterans to them.
