It is amazing that there is someone in the service industry that is so conscience as to start their day at five in the morning just to follow-up on a commitment. Clearly, she could have waited till the start of her day, but no, her initiative demonstrated that I was working with the company who really cared of living up to their commitment on service to their clients. I cannot compliment her sufficiently on her dedication and worked ethics. I firmly believe that my acceptance was based on her efforts and attention to details and responsiveness to meet the requirements.
