I sent a hat to a friend who is very ill, and she was looking forward to receiving one with the correct branch of service, but it was a completely different design. I followed the procedure to contact the company, but have never received a response, only this complaint site. They claim they will make it right, but I just want a full refund and for others to be aware. My follow-up complaints have also gone unanswered, and there has been no action taken. They clearly do not prioritize customer service after payment is made.
