My cat needed euthanasia and Veteris were the only ones who could come over the same evening. The gentleman that came was a nice enough fellow. But it was the way he pulled the cat out of his basket whilst under anaesthetic was a little on the rough side. Then he managed to twist the poor fellows head around whilst turning him looking for his kidney. It felt wrong and a bit rushed. Also I was quoted £400 on the phone and when he arrived he wanted £441. Apparently they do a full quote on arrival. No one explained this on the phone. We had no choice when he arrived but pay the extra. Otherwise it did the job. I know he had to visit other customers, at night there must be other emergencies and ultimately Veteris is a business.
