Awful, called for an emergency appointment over bank holiday weekend, once I arrived with my dog they said he needed an operation that night and they wouldn't be able to do it and to call other vets. They priced me for a standard surgery for 4k, after 1 hour of pleading for them to do the operation they booked me in for 945 the next morning and gave him some anti inflammatory injections.She also told me to try a few numbers which she had give me these were PDSA & RSPC as he needed it done ASAP. After ringing a few of the emergency numbers no where was taking even emergency surgeries. I managed to get though to a friend's vet before my appointment with a picture of the issue and they said that most cases don't need an operation and that they quoted me 4 times over what they would charge most likely due to vets4pets not wanting to do the surgery. My dog was quite irate and I felt everyone was just looking at me like I was a peice of s**t Never again!
