The Vets are truly amazing, especially with a hyper reactive dog. Their support is invaluable for additional opinions at a reasonable cost. If I could give them a higher rating, I would. I've used this service before, but I don't remember having an option for more than a single visit, which is fine. I'd rather pay more for a thorough experience than feel rushed. We’ll see how this unfolds, and perhaps single visit clients receive different care, which could be a factor. While I understand some medications take longer, I paid for next day shipping. When I reached out, the representative was helpful and refunded my shipping fee. However, I was told it would arrive Monday, but tracking now indicates it will be Thursday. This means we are waiting over a week for the diet change and medications. This is my only issue, as previous experiences were smoother. I'm happy to pay extra, but the ongoing delays and shifting timelines are frustrating.
