My collective family purchased an item, they sent the wrong item and basically said in politer terms "suck it up this will also work". The item wasn't entirely suitable despite the claim. There is a difference between things designed for cats exclusively, and for dogs.The false advertisement and failure to provide advertised product is a breach of consumer law. The company deserves to have the ACCC investigate. The lower star reviews on product-review don't fill me with confidence about this company either.In all, poor customer service, false advertising, and on top of that they don't allow low star product reviews on their website. Seems suspicious they would provide bad service and then actively prevent a reflective review.Dodgy company.
