Would give zero if i could. I placed an order which was not confirmed by VetSupply, but money taken from my account. No information given about delivery timing let alone providing the product ordered.
This simply is a fraud.

When I requested a tracking number, they claimed they used a mail service without tracking, which is absurd. I checked with the postal service, and deliveries typically take only 3-5 business days. This company should be avoided, and I am seeking a refund.

I've been a customer on and off for years, but the service has deteriorated over the last six months. After yesterday's incident, I will not use them again. While in the hospital, they sent me an invoice for my regular automatic delivery THREE TIMES in half an hour. When I went to pay this morning, they had canceled the invoice! I was told it was due to my email from last night, which simply stated, 'you only have to ask me once, NOT three times in half an hour.' I found a better price elsewhere.
I ordered tick treatment for my dogs totaling $238 and paid for express shipping of $12. Seven days have passed with no sign of my order. The company doesn't seem concerned, merely stating it will arrive eventually. Tracking has stopped, and I’m left without the treatment and out $238. I will never purchase from this company again and will not recommend them to anyone. FIND MY ORDER OR REFUND MY MONEY!
The customer service is appalling! I ordered and paid for tick treatment on 28/09/25, and it still hasn't arrived by 30/10/25. I called multiple times and was told it's in the mail with no tracking. Be cautious and consider ordering from another provider if you actually want to receive your items.
I ordered worming tablets on 13/8/25 and am still waiting. After emailing, I received a response stating delivery would take 3-10 days, yet I'm now at 12 days. I followed up with a call, only to hear the same standard response of 3-10 days. Apparently, I need to keep an eye on my mailbox, but I’d prefer to track my order—oh wait, there is no tracking. Without a doubt, the worst company to deal with. I’d give them minus five stars if I could, and I still haven’t received my tablets after 15 days.
