Vevor customer service seems to not understand that we have not received our order. A parcel with the tracking number arrived on the specified day but it is not what we ordered. It is someone else's order or a mix up with your item numbers. We ordered 20 G80, binder chains (2 pack). We received a piston jack? I took pictures which I attached to the email I sent regarding the missing order. I am happy to hand the piston back to the UPS driver (If you provide some type of shipping label). I have been charged for the chains but I have not received them. Customer service wants me to "contact UPS" regarding this. They say that they delivered the parcel with the correct tracking number?
