DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY....electric percolator coffee pot...5 stars on their site and several other sites...all bot generated....stopped working..actually sounded like going to explode 5 months in...contact company...wanted a video...told them I will send you the failure pot but I was not plugging it in....said get back to me in 48 hours...week later return the following reply..

This pot was on sale for 45.00....their website lists for 62.00....and they want to give me 18.00 .....WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE...GARBAGE PRODUCTS AND BOT PRODUCED REVIEWS ON MULTIPLE SITES WHERE CAN PURCHASE
We ordered a rubber roof mat in early December, it said 2-3 days delivery. 12 days later it was delivered to another city 500 miles away. In January it was a week of disputes with a terrible customer service experience, having to explain how to track the shipping, and that the city it was delivered to is not even in the same province. Vevor agreed to refund in 3-15 business days. 30 business days later, no refund. Be careful!
Lots of spam that you cannot turn off and no notification that your shipment is ready for pick up. I mean, if you are going to send me emails every other day that I cannot unsubscribe from, you can at least send me an email saying you shipped my package and that it is waiting for me and that I only have 2 days to pick it up

I placed an order on Dec 17 and planned everything so that the job would be done during the holydays, the order never arrived despite many attempt to contact the company the automated answer send me to the transport company and the automated answer send me back to the previous one. After 3 weeks they send me a refund saying that they're sorry.Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this company.
Avoid this company! I’ve had two consecutive orders arrive damaged. First, chair covers with holes that were never addressed, and now two out of six chafing dishes arrived broken. Their "support" is a nightmare. After submitting photos, they asked for them again via email at 4:00 AM on a Sunday and closed my case immediately when I didn't respond.There is no way to speak to a human, and the live chat is unresponsive for hours. Save your money and buy elsewhere; their return policy is designed to make you give up.
Beware if anything goes wrong. they will never refund you the money. All there stuff are told to make you go in circles and blame you.This is important because all of there products are commercial equipment and the having a bad after sales support is disastrous. They say, 30 day refund guarantee but it's a lie.safe your self a headache and buy from other stores that don't play games even if it's a little more because at least you have after sales support and can return if there is a malfunction
I purchased a bike stand and it was completely faulty and missing integral parts. I tried to return it by contacting the company and you cannot speak to someone, it is just a bunch of robots. I did finally get a reply and had to negotiate a refund from them over a series of emails. I originally gave them 1 star but I did finally get a refund.
