I ordered items totaling $300, expecting delivery in 2 days. Since I didn't need them urgently, I thought a delay of 5-6 days was reasonable. However, it's now been over 15 days, and my project has come to a halt. When I attempted to cancel and request a refund, I only received $59 back, which makes no sense. They claim to have a distribution center in Australia, but that seems untrue. The items never arrived, and I'm still waiting for my refund. Update: I finally received the refund after disputing the charge with the payment provider.
