If I could give 0 stars I would. We bought a slushy machine for a school in January this year. It never worked, at all. We have been back and forth with this self called customer service, it is like they are laughing at us. We spent $1,300 from the hard earned fundraising money to give the kids a treat in the hot days and we have not gotten a solution or a refund. Please save yourself from a big scam and do not purchase anything from this dodgy company.
This seller appears to be a scam. I highly recommend against making a purchase. The positive reviews seem questionable; it's worth checking other platforms. I ordered items totaling $300, expecting delivery in 2 days. Since I didn't need them urgently, I thought a delay of 5-6 days was reasonable. However, it's now been over 15 days, and my project has come to a halt. When I attempted to cancel and request a refund, I only received $59 back, which makes no sense. They claim to have a distribution center in Australia, but that seems untrue. The items never arrived, and I'm still waiting for my refund. Update: I finally received the refund after disputing the charge with the payment provider.
The automatic chicken door was dispatched promptly via a courier service, arriving at the local depot on the 19th of November. However, four weeks later, the parcel remains at the depot. Despite multiple inquiries, the only response I've received is that they are 'investigating.' There has been no explanation for the significant delay. I won't be purchasing from any company that utilizes this courier, as I find their service to be inadequate. Normally, I am quite patient, but this situation has tested my limits.
The service does not honor its return or refund policies despite advertising them. I bought a product that failed to work as promised and received only automated replies when I reached out. I had to involve my bank to initiate a chargeback, which feels fraudulent.
This is the worst service I have ever encountered. Please stay away. They send used and damaged items, delay shipments, and resist refunds. Terrible products and support! I had to contact my bank for a dispute to finally get a refund after 15 days.
I ordered two tables with a promise of next-day delivery. One arrived two days late, and the other is still missing. Meanwhile, the price has increased. They claim I must wait a month for a refund or a replacement. The service is extremely disappointing. It's shocking how they have so many positive reviews; they must be buying them.
