I purchased this retractable hose reel and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The unit appeared fine initially, but when I finally installed and used it, an internal plastic component inside the reel housing was already broken.
This was not due to wear and tear it failed immediately upon first use, which suggests a manufacturing or quality issue with the internal parts.
I contacted the seller, but they were unwilling to provide a proper resolution. Instead of standing behind the product, they offered a small discount or asked me to pay additional money for a replacement, which is not reasonable given the defect.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this product. The internal components are not durable, and customer support did not resolve the issue appropriately. I would suggest investing in a higher-quality brand to avoid the same prob
