I've made an order and after a few days in which they provided me a tracking number and I saw that the pack has been returned to the warehouse from which was sent nothing happened and I received only promises................. Could be a scam company which don't respect their customers and take the money without providing nothing ! Only silence !
They took the money and after this.....................they don't care about you !

I ordered an hardware fabric and was notified the shipping label was made 02/21 and was supposed to arrive 02/25. I checked the tracking and it shows it had not even been pickup up on 02/26. Filed an online complaint and Vevor says it was shipped on 02/23. UPS confirms the label was just printed and item never sent. I called Vevor and received a recording saying their operators are busy and leave your number. I did this with no return call. This was my first ever order through Vevor. Not impressed. POOR customer service!
Bought 5000 watt inverter for 369.00. NO wiring instructions included. NO customer service.

Unable to initiate return. Website says I will have to pay shipping AND RESTOCKING fee. Stay FAR away from Vevor.
If you buy from Vevor, hope that nothing goes wrong because customer service leaves a lot to be desired. My shipping address didn’t get changed, so my order went to my old house. They refused to help me besides giving me a small credit, not even close to the amount of money I’m out. They could have called UPS but I guess they couldn’t be bothered. What they did bother with was rude emails. Save yourself the frustration and aggravation; buy from somewhere else. Any minor price difference is worth getting good customer service.
Formally a great company with awesome customer service and products, but they seem to have changed. This last time around, I tried to order and have it shipped to my post office box. Their order page wouldn't accept a PO Box. 99.9% of the time, a company not accepting a PO box is because they don't ship with the Postal Service and want to avoid confusion. So, I gave them my physical address that everyone EXCEPT the USPS delivers to. The post office doesn't deliver to my rural address.
When I got the tracking information even before it shipped, I immediately contacted them to say it can't go to that address and explained why. The first customer dis-service rep said when it gets returned, you can contact us, and we will reship it to your PO Box. But that was a lie. Again, once I contacted them to reship it, they said they refunded me and they won't ship to a PO Box. I told them they ship through the Postal Service, so they HAVE TO deliver to a PO Box. They said they won't (I asked my postmaster, and she said they are lying.)
After all this running around, they apologized and said I could have the product free for when it arrived to me to make up for all these hassles involved. LIE: They already had it back! They KNEW I wouldn't be getting it so they could make a false promise!
So again I argued with customer service via chat. They were ignoring what I was saying and just using cut-and-paste premade replies!!! At that point I asked for a supervisor. They refused. I asked for a corporate e-mail address. They lied and said they don't have one. So, I asked for the corporate phone number and was told, "The phones aren't working!" That sounds like a scam company!
So, I had to reorder it again, and I had to pay for it even though they said (in writing) I could have it free, and they shipped it. Guess where they shipped it to? MY POST OFFICE address, and this time they used FEDEX like they should have the first time. FedEx WILL deliver to my home address or my post office box. And they did.
Now I keep getting customer service surveys, and when I say what happened, it gets discarded only to send me another one later in the day. The same thing happens; they ignore what I say, but since it isn't a positive response, it gets circular filed in the trash!
No more VEVOR for me unless they change back to the company they once were
I am extremely disappointed with VEVOR. I ordered a fitness machine that arrived in a used and damaged condition, featuring a frayed safety brake and a mechanical rattle. This is a significant safety hazard.
I have been trying to resolve this with their support team (Order #26012400957814035190 for over a week. After "Lily" falsely marked my ticket as "Solved" without actually helping me, the company has now gone completely silent. I have provided all requested photos, videos, and DPD shipping labels, but they have stopped responding to avoid giving a refund for their defective product.
They are happy to take your money but will ghost you if they send you a dangerous or second-hand item. I am now forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank and report this to consumer protection.
Avoid this company—their customer service is non-existent once they have your cash.
UPDATE: After the company’s public apology here, they contacted me privately and offered a mere €10 compensation. This is an insulting response to a machine that arrived in used condition with a frayed safety brake. They are clearly more interested in looking helpful in public than actually resolving a safety issue. I have rejected this and am now escalating to my bank.
Don't get suckered in by the price... and never buy anything with a motor. I bought the 6 in 1 trimmer thinking I hit the jackpot and learned the hard way. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. I own a landscaping company by the way and we had to expand quick to take on a large contract. Needless to say the craptastic trimmers needed to be replaced immediately. The ones that did start lasted about 3 days. Then they have me the run around trying to return the items. I just trashed them and bought Echo trimmers. They cost more but you get what you pay for.
For the third time, I never received the merchandise that I paid for. What in the world is going on at VEVOR? This should not have happened at all, a very simple transaction, paid in full. You guys claim it was delivered when in FACT IT WAS NOT!! And yet somehow you believe that it was delivered to me so I reiterate again that I never got my battery charger. So send another and maybe pick a different shipping method other than the USPS who can’t seem to deliver anything like they’re supposed to

Stop responding.
Beware on some items.
Some are good but expect to get screwed if there not.

I bought a pottery wheel few months ago and after three months of using it, it started wobbling and the plate of the wheel doesn’t move correctly. One of the pieces that holds the plate clearly is consumed (after three months!) the product is in warranty! But the costumer service (which is the worst I have ever seen) after two weeks of automatic answers told me that “don’t worry, the wobbly is normal and doesn’t affect the use of the wheel” which is obviously incorrect because at first it worked and now it makes a strange sound and wobbles. Every potter knows that centering the clay is the main and first part and if the plate wobbles is not possible to do that. So they’re really bad and really incompetent! They don’t take your issue seriously. This is unacceptable. Beware of this website! After few months their products stop working. It’s awful quality! It’s a scam! Don’t buy anything because the quality is a disaster! And after few uses it breaks!
The costumer service is absent and it’s impossible to talk to a real person!
Terrible! They should be sued! And cancelled! I’ll make sure Ebay will stop selling their products!
