I would give it zero stars, if I could. I bought a guillotine paper stack cutter, supposed to precisely cut 300 sheets. I received the item - price was decent. However, after assembly it would not cut even lightweight construction paper clean, not straight. I immediately contacted customer service to request a refund under their 30-day-free return policy. For four days now I am getting the run around, “will contact you within 48 hours…” Went through email and chat. After an hour and a half (mostly waiting for replies) the char CS was useless - referred back to email CS. I now have a useless 50-pound paperweight. I would not trust this company nor purchase from them again! My suspicion, these delays are trying to run out the 30 days so they don't have to refund me for this very useless item.
