I ordered a Vevor red light therapy mat with pulse function from "iceprouder" on ebay in mid-September 2024. In the beginning of April 2025, the pulse function stopped working and I contacted "iceprouder".After sending a video showing the problem, I was told that the controller was defect and they would send me a replacement.I waited patiently, but received no replacement, so I contacted "iceprouder" again. I was told that it had got "lost" in transit and would I accept 30 Euros and get it repaired myself.This was not acceptable to me as I can neither repair it myself and in any case, any manipulation is a reason for the warranty to be voided.It is now 21. July (almost four months later) and I have still not received the controller. I seem to be in endless communication with a chat bot, which has now asked me for the sixth!!! time to give my order details so that the technician (who has already stated that the controller is faulty) has time to solve the problem.
I ordered a Vevor work table and it came with none of the plastic hardware that was to be included. I have emailed them twice with no response. They have an auto email system that is worthless they respond with the same email regardless of the situation! They continue to want pictures of the missing products(s), How in the hell do take pictures of something that isn't there? These people just do not CARE! It's time to cancel my payment. This is BULLSHIT! And I do not have the time for it.
I strongly advise against buying anything from VEVOR. My experience with them has been very disappointing and concerning. They delivered an unsafe and defective product, and their customer service was unprofessional and evasive.After receiving a product that was clearly unsafe and did not meet basic quality standards, I contacted VEVOR, hoping for a responsible resolution. Instead of taking the right action by offering a return and full refund, they tried to give me partial compensation of only about one-third of the original cost.I only got them to increase the compensation offer after I mentioned reporting them to the European Consumer Centre (ECC). I refused to accept partial payment because the product was defective and posed a potential safety risk. Eventually, they refunded me in full without asking for the product back, which shows how little they care about consumer safety.VEVOR runs a webshop (probably) in the Czech Republic, but they sell low-quality, Chinese-made products across Europe. This strategy misleads consumers into thinking they are buying from a reliable EU-based business.I have saved all communication with their customer service, which clearly shows how unprofessional and evasive they were throughout the entire process.Don’t be misled by low prices or fancy websites. This company is not trustworthy. If you care about product safety, transparency, and good customer support, I encourage you to steer clear of VEVOR.
