Was to be delivered the Tuesday and unilaterally moved to the Wednesday and at 15:13 said - ‘Delivered’ and when I challenged DPD, their agent as I was at address waiting for it as we had an urgent task standing and waiting for the tool… the status was changed with note no one was there? A lie. The rescheduled for the Thursday and again no delivery only to be instructed to collect it in another town. I went back to Vevor and they indicated it will take at 5 days to resolve …
Vevor chose DPD and they in turn outsourced the delivery - for me Vevor did not deliver as agreed. I have no agreement with their DPD or the other outsourcing partner.
Vevor offered my 20 Euro to collect, I liked the product and the fact that it could be delivered to site, Tuesday ! Not a satisfactory experience.
