Review Time
Ordered a gravity water filter that wasn't delivered. Vevor sent me a pic saying it was delivered and the pic was a person holding it not indicating a picture of my front door with the package. I tried to open their response and it looks like they have blocked me from seeing our exchanges of emails and links to contact them don't work. They have no phone number to contact. I clearly caught them in a lie and they can't save face.
Nothing wrong with the winch but to get it was a nightmare. Was to be delivered the Tuesday and unilaterally moved to the Wednesday and at 15:13 said - ‘Delivered’ and when I challenged DPD, their agent as I was at address waiting for it as we had an urgent task standing and waiting for the tool… the status was changed with note no one was there? A lie. The rescheduled for the Thursday and again no delivery only to be instructed to collect it in another town. I went back to Vevor and they indicated it will take at 5 days to resolve …
Vevor chose DPD and they in turn outsourced the delivery - for me Vevor did not deliver as agreed. I have no agreement with their DPD or the other outsourcing partner.
Vevor offered my 20 Euro to collect, I liked the product and the fact that it could be delivered to site, Tuesday ! Not a satisfactory experience.

Original one-star review: I bought one of their marteau-picquers through Amazon. On first use, one of the burins snapped and. on closer inspection, had a fissure running through the metal. I contacted Vevor who were helpful at first, accepting that the burin was defective and agreeing to send me a new one. Then I get an email weeks later, saying that my new burin has been "lost in the post" 😉 and that I'll have to make a claim with Amazon. This isn't a real-world solution - I've been using the drill in the meantime, so can't return the whole package, and how can I claim for just the burin, when it was included with the drill?Update: Veevor have eventually gone above and beyond in addressing my issue, in fact sending a whole new tool. The number of complaints and negative reviews it took to get them to act rankles a bit but, in the end, they have listened and I feel valued as a customer. 👍
I am desperately looking for clear information about my delivery. Nothing on the carrier's website. No Vevor customer service except for a chat that repeats the same information. I sent an email but again received no response.
