Wrong bus supplied, bus was 4 hours late and was just a local bus. Not the limousine service their site offered. The price advertised on the bus they supplied was 190,000. I paid Vexere 499,000. I contacted their support who after investigation found the bus company used another company to fulfil their orders. Vexere offered me 10% refund. I will not use them again. I will use 12goasia. As I’ve never had a problem with like this booking buses in Vietnam.
