I left my AirPods on a bus and went and did the Ha Giang loop and Vexere messaged the company and helped me find them, while the company Ninh Binh Car kept them safe and I was able to collect them from Hanoi a few days later.

The app is super easy to use, and what I love most is that it saves all of my information and my family’s names. That way, when I need to book, it only takes a few minutes. I can easily find tickets to many provinces like Đà Lạt, Nha Trang, and Hà Nội, which makes traveling so much more convenient. Highly recommend for convenience and reliability!
Wrong bus supplied, bus was 4 hours late and was just a local bus. Not the limousine service their site offered. The price advertised on the bus they supplied was 190,000. I paid Vexere 499,000. I contacted their support who after investigation found the bus company used another company to fulfil their orders. Vexere offered me 10% refund. I will not use them again. I will use 12goasia. As I’ve never had a problem with like this booking buses in Vietnam.
