I have been with the service for the past two years, but since December, they have repeatedly denied me a policy. Now, I can't even get insured, as they only cater to certain individuals when I attempt to purchase coverage. I reached out for assistance, but they just made excuses not to help. They previously accepted my payments because they were benefiting financially, but now that my rate is lower, they refuse to assist. This has been a complete waste of time, and I find their support lacking and untrustworthy.
