I have been with the service for the past two years, but since December, they have repeatedly denied me a policy. Now, I can't even get insured, as they only cater to certain individuals when I attempt to purchase coverage. I reached out for assistance, but they just made excuses not to help. They previously accepted my payments because they were benefiting financially, but now that my rate is lower, they refuse to assist. This has been a complete waste of time, and I find their support lacking and untrustworthy.
My payment was declined for some reason, and they went ahead and cancelled my insurance. I had paid around £500 upfront, with a monthly payment of £162, and after just one month, this happened. I've been trying to reach out to them, but they take a long time to respond to emails. It's very frustrating.
Avoid this service for temporary insurance; I've been waiting nearly three weeks for my windscreen replacement. The auto glass provider is trying to charge me £164 instead of the £125 stated in my policy. Additionally, you can't reach the support team by phone; they only respond to emails once a day. This company is not reliable—they take your money and leave your vehicle in disrepair, making you run around trying to resolve issues that remain unresolved. Customer care is nonexistent, and I wouldn't recommend spending your money here.
Please improve your service. I had coverage for two days over Christmas, which was fine, but when I tried to extend it by one day, my card was declined for two hours despite having sufficient funds. Now, I’m unable to get insurance, leaving me with a car I can't drive, making it difficult to reach my children, and I can't even return the car to the owner!
