I purchased the premium lounge service to receive good service and complete my visa procedures quickly. So what happened? Even though the visa center address had changed, my application documents still had the old address on them. The new address information was not shared by phone or email, and I went to the old address at my appointment time. When I went to the new address, I was told I had to wait in line. Although my appointment time was 9:30 AM, the premium lounge guest with an 11:00 AM appointment was processed before me.
