My daughter fainted on our way out of the VSF facility, the amazing help from all the staff made our experience worthwhile. The staff who received our documentations, and did all biometrics were also very professional and helpful. Also, the show of empathy, sympathy and so much concern alongside offers to help me and my daughter blew my mind. Thanks to the VSF team at the office today. My daughter received much needed care at an urgent care facility. We will be heading back home tomorrow.
