We booked an appointment in the premium lounge and we are waiting almost 3 hours and we haven't got our first conversation yet. Premium lounge is so full that there are no seats any more to sit. You don't get a sequence number. So people who come with agents jump the queue. Staff is lazy and goes wandering in the corridors in between each client.
