The customer service is incredibly disappointing. After just two phone calls, it seems like they block your number, making it impossible to reach them again. When emailing with questions, the response is frustratingly generic: "To assist you further and escalate your concerns regarding payment issues and updating your delivery address, we kindly request the following information for each applicant:
Full name of the applicant
Visa type
Visa Application Centre where the application was submitted
Passport number
Reference number
Contact Number
Date of Submission." All we want is to update the shipping address! Additionally, when you do manage to call, you often get someone who just started and can't answer basic questions, putting you on hold repeatedly. This whole experience feels very unprofessional and scam-like. Why can't we start a company that values work ethic and customer care?
