My in-person experience at the center was professional and well organized. The staff were polite and the process was handled properly during my visit.
However, the phone support was not helpful. The answers provided were often unclear and did not properly address my questions. For someone without prior experience, this could be very confusing.
I personally had an issue that could not be resolved through phone communication, which added unnecessary stress before my appointment. Improving phone support and providing clearer guidance would significantly enhance the overall experience.
