Typical rental company that attempts to scam money out of you after the rental. First they tried to give us a much smaller car than we had rented which did not have space for our luggage. Then when we brought the car back we got a €41 refuel charge despite the fact that we returned it with more fuel than it had when we rented it. When challenged they asked for photos of the car mileage on return (something I’m sure they will have their own records of) and made it impossible to get my money back by putting hoops for me to jump through. We were asked if we’d sent photos to a WhatsApp number, but we knew nothing of this number as this was not explained at check in.Don’t use this company !
