I am from the United States and used this service on two occasions during my trips to Italy. In Rome, the attendant was a young man who was quick and efficient, with minimal wait time. It was January, a very low season, and there was one attendant serving two customers ahead of me, which moved swiftly. I believe they are a smaller operation located right in the airport, and the car I reserved was very reasonably priced through a wholesaler. The staff member who checked me in spoke English well and was extremely patient and polite throughout the process. He was fantastic. The economy car I reserved seems to be well maintained. I haven't returned the car yet, as I'm halfway through my trip, but I wanted to share this positive feedback before I forget.
