If i could give this site 0 stars I would. Purchased tickets to go see Skye Newman. I bought the tickets last year and on the 11th March when transfer was ready Ticketmaster had taken the tickets off me due to the seller violating policy terms. Since then I have been back and forth with Viagogo. Refusing to give me a refund due to it being “my fault” for transferring tickets over? How am i meant to get into a concert without transferring my tickets. Maybe they should not be letting people sell tickets for more money that standard price. 6 phone calls later, Skye Newman is tomorrow. Still no word about my tickets. No refund. Nothing. Every time i call back it’s a “non-english” person not understanding what i am saying, apparently there is no updates on the system for contacting the seller to get me alternative tickets as this is according to them what happens first before i refund. Absolute waste of time. NEVER buy tickets off them when ticket master are cracking down on over priced re selling tickets as ticket master will
take them from you and Viagogo will not give you your money back. NEVER buying anything from Viagogo again.
