This company is terrible . I sold a ticket and still have not been paid even though the event was held on the 12/Feb . I have been told time and time again I will get paid yet I have not received my money. I have sent dozens of emails and made numerous phone calls and keep getting told that payment will be made. Today there is a new story from yet another help line person saying the issue needs to be escalated again (for the 4th time). DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Without doubt this is by far the worse experience
Payed for six nations tickets England bs Ireland in November for 4 persons the match was 21st February 14.10
On the 20th February morning I contacted via the chat which seems the only way possible on there not so easy website , I asked if they was still available and to be told yes they will release early on Saturday morning I then explained we have to leave home at 7am to get down to the hotel to check in before the game, and to be told this is a normal position
We travel down via car 2.15 hrs to premier inn. Email came choice here for tickets I thought that’s good , arrive at hotel at 11am go to open email seems to be issues I then start a chat with a 30min waiting time, by now we’re heading to the stadium , still no tickets by 14.00 on chat , email and eventually phone call being fobbed off asking to resend information which they already have,
No tickets issued ended up in a pub to each the game
From being on the phone 3hours to be told no ticket
I have got my refund but not the point massively let down
Not worth the stress honestly

I received my tickets for the NIN, Van Andel Arena concert right after I made the purchase. I was a little leery at first as I had never heard of this website. However, great experience, great price, and I'll definitely be doing business with them again!
The tickets were great and excellent customer service. I was worried about the tickets not being real or maybe being scammed. I message my concerns and they answer me right away and guarantee me the tickets were real or I would get my money back.
Guarantee is worthless - no tickets until after doors opened (7pm) when too late to use them. Refused a refund. Refused despite asking numerous times to provide company name and registered office. Ignored court when court papers issued. CCJ now issued against them.
If you ever use them be fully aware they are not trustworthy and you are purely relying on the goodwill of the seller
This company is a sham, they dont give you your money back, I have called so many times and still nothing, several calls and still nothing , I will now have to go through my card company to recover the moneys . Don't use these look at past reviews and comments .

My dad & son travelled up to the game. NO tickets materialised

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Viagogo.
I purchased tickets through their platform and the seller never released them. Despite paying £250, I received nothing. When I contacted customer services, the experience only made matters worse. The attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, and there was no genuine effort to resolve the issue or take responsibility.
Losing £250 with no tickets and no proper support is unacceptable. The whole experience was stressful and extremely disappointing.
I would never recommend Viagogo to anyone.

I received tickets that were bought within an elderly discount.
I raised the issue with viagogo customer support and they told me that it is normal and not verified in the entrance.
On the entrance I was obliged to pay the difference.
