I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Viagogo.
I purchased tickets through their platform and the seller never released them. Despite paying £250, I received nothing. When I contacted customer services, the experience only made matters worse. The attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, and there was no genuine effort to resolve the issue or take responsibility.
Losing £250 with no tickets and no proper support is unacceptable. The whole experience was stressful and extremely disappointing.
I would never recommend Viagogo to anyone.
