On the 20th February morning I contacted via the chat which seems the only way possible on there not so easy website , I asked if they was still available and to be told yes they will release early on Saturday morning I then explained we have to leave home at 7am to get down to the hotel to check in before the game, and to be told this is a normal position
We travel down via car 2.15 hrs to premier inn. Email came choice here for tickets I thought that’s good , arrive at hotel at 11am go to open email seems to be issues I then start a chat with a 30min waiting time, by now we’re heading to the stadium , still no tickets by 14.00 on chat , email and eventually phone call being fobbed off asking to resend information which they already have,
No tickets issued ended up in a pub to each the game
From being on the phone 3hours to be told no ticket
I have got my refund but not the point massively let down
Not worth the stress honestly
